A Preparatory School year group headed to one of the most picturesque locations in the North Wales region for a special social trip.
The Year 6 contingent at Rydal Penrhos took a trip to Newborough Beach for their annual Leavers’ Trip on Monday, July 1, which saw each pupil involved enjoy a fun-filled day under the supervision of staff.
There were a host of different activities to take part in throughout their visit, including walking around the vast landscape throughout the area.
They also took full advantage of some much-needed relaxation time during what has been an incredibly busy summer term for the pupils, which has seen them perform their annual play and take the stage for the eagerly anticipated Café Dolphin showcase.
This trip was part of an exciting schedule for Year 6, which is arranged annually and is a reward for their exceptional efforts during their final year at the Prep School before they embark on life at Rydal Penrhos’ senior site in September.
Prep School Head Alison Hind, said: “Our Year 6 group have been wonderful ambassadors throughout their time here, and this was another trip that further highlighted the friendships built that will hopefully last a lifetime.
“The annual Leavers’ trip is the start of a busy final few days before they all depart for pastures new, and we are all incredibly proud of them all and what they have achieved.”
