A triumphant Osborn were the big winners at a series of inter-house swimming competitions.
Rydal Penrhos’ Junior, Intermediate and Senior events took place last month, where pupils battled it out for bragging rights in the hope of gaining some valuable points for their respective houses.
The highly competitive junior competition went the way of Osborn, who narrowly came out on top ahead of Payne.
Morgan ended up third with Wesley in fourth, but the eventual winners of the Yeung Bowl House Cup redeemed themselves with a convincing triumph in the Senior gala.
It was Osborn that claimed their second victory in three events with success in the Intermediate category, beating out Wesley, Payne and Morgan, who filled out the remaining places in a fantastic effort from all involved.
Head of Swimming Maciej Ruszkowski, said: “Our inter-house competitions are always hotly contested and this year proved to be no exception.
“Our swimming programme has brought with it great success in recent months, and the talented we have here at Rydal Penrhos was once again there for all to see in these events.
“The points Wesley received went a long way to getting them the overall title, and congratulations go to them and all who took part.”
