Three aspiring Preparatory School martial artists added to their list of recent achievements with more grading success.
Charlotte Knight, Alexandra Lopez Moreno and Svaksh Singam, who all are part of the John Lynn’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Colwyn Bay, all came through their recent assessments with flying colours
The trio worked incredibly hard in the lead-up to respective grading attempts and produced a superb performance, with Charlotte gaining her Blue Belt as a result of her outstanding commitment.
There was further cause for celebration as Alexandra moved one more level up the Green Belt ladder, and Svaksh rounded off the latest triumphs from a Rydal Penrhos perspective with a 7th KYU Orange Belt distinction.
Each pupil will now begin working hard under the expert guidance of coaching staff at the facility as they aspire to gain even more recognition in the weeks and months ahead.
Prep School Head Alison Hind, said: “This is fabulous news and many congratulations go to Alexandra, Svaksh and Charlotte on their continued success in the Martial Arts field.
“We have a number of pupils from different year groups attending sessions at the Academy and other venues across the region, and we have seen a tremendous amount of achievements including some being awarded a Black Belt despite their tender age.
“Hopefully the next generation of our Prep School pupils can emulate their peers as they develop their skills and I look forward to following their progress.”
