Three aspiring Preparatory School martial artists have been rewarded for their outstanding application with impressive grading successes.
The Rydal Penrhos trio recently participated in examinations of various difficulty at John Lynn’s Black Belt Martial Arts Academy in Colwyn Bay in their chosen discipline of Karate, and all performed exceptionally to achieve another step up the ladder of difficulty.
There was plenty to celebrate in the Knight household, with the sister duo of Ellie and Charlotte continuing their superb recent list of achievements with another grading triumph during what has been an extremely busy time for the pair.
Another that had plenty of cause for pride was Alexandra Lopez-Moreno, who has also now progressed to the next stage of her development after impressing adjudicators during her latest assessment.
All three have already begun working hard with coaches at the facility as they gear up for further accolades in the near future.
Prep School Head Alison Hind, said: “We are always delighted to hear of the co-curricular achievements outside of school from our fantastic pupils here at Rydal Penrhos, which is a testament to their ability to get the most out of every experience and opportunity available to them.
“This is particularly evident in the Martial Arts world, with many of our young children gaining tremendous confidence and self-discipline thanks to their sterling efforts at the John Lynn Academy and other venues throughout the region.”
