A limited number of tickets are remaining for anyone wishing to view the upcoming Rydal Penrhos Dramatic Society production of Les Misérables.
Almost 60 aspiring Performing Artists at the school will be taking the stage for their own version of the iconic Victor Hugo novel over four shows from Wednesday, March 27 until Saturday 30, with a large number also working behind the scenes as part of the backstage and tech crew.
There has been a huge demand for tickets for the eagerly anticipated performances, with Friday’s show now officially sold out.
The Thursday and Saturday performances have a small number of tickets remaining, and anyone wishing to attend is urged to book at their earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
The cast will be honing their skills at a dress rehearsal on Tuesday, March 26, with the first performance set to start at 1pm the following day.
A number of Primary Schools from across the region will be in attendance, with Rydal Penrhos Prep School’s Year 6 group also making the short trip to the Memorial Hall for the show.
Les Mis director and Head of Sixth Form Leah Crimes, said: “We appreciate the support of the Rydal Penrhos community and sincerely hope that you can come and watch the show and see the fruits of six months’ hard work.
“The cast are working extremely hard to present a ‘professional’ production and meet the very high standards we have set them.”
