Speech and Drama pupils at Rydal Penrhos will be showcasing their outstanding skills at a special event later this month.
The school’s thriving co-curricular programme will host a Comedy Night on Monday, January 21, which will take place in the Memorial Hall from 6.30pm until 8pm.
There will be a host of individual and group performances throughout the event, with each pupil working incredibly hard during rehearsals under the guidance and support of Speech and Drama teacher Christina Bloomfield.
It has been another very successful few months for the programme, thanks in no small part to the exceptional set of examination results from their respective London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art assessments last year.
This included a plethora of distinctions from all age groups, with many now striving for further success in the near future at various levels of difficulty.
Mrs Bloomfield, said: “We have got a very diverse show planned that really does have everything from stand up performances to group dialogues, and it promises to be a fantastic show.
“They are a fantastic group to work with, and their enthusiasm is matched by their performing arts talent which should make for a superb evening of entertainment for those that come along.”
