A host of Preparatory School pupils have been rewarded for their exceptional work during the week thanks to an ongoing initiative.
As part of Rydal Penrhos’ achievement scheme, pupils across all age groups have been selected for accolades in recognition of their academic and co-curricular efforts throughout the week.
The worthy recipients received their respective awards from Deputy Head Alison Hind at the Prep School’s weekly Celebration Assembly on Friday, June 29.
Here are the Stars of the Week:
Reception: William Culver - for being a fantastic right-hand man!
Year 1: Clara Donohue - for being a kind buddy in Forest School.
Year 2: Charlie Lister-Brookes - for being gloriously personable, kind to everyone and beautiful cursive handwriting.
3JW: April Mills - for super poetry writing.
4CEC: Lily Copeland - for being a 'tough cookie' and getting on with things.
5CC: Daisy Yates - for her enthusiasm during our Forest School morning.
5JP: Theo Roberts - for thoughtful and thorough work in his reading journal.
6AG: Whole Form - for their incredible hard work in producing a fantastic play!

A superb painting from Year 5 pupil Freya Berklay thoroughly impressed teacher Suzy Morris, who presented her with the Artist of the Week Award.
