Rydal Penrhos will be showcasing what it has to offer at its annual Open Morning events in the autumn.
Both Prep and Senior sites will be welcoming prospective pupils and their families over a two-day period, which will give them a first-hand opportunity to see for themselves what goes on during a typical day at the school.
The Senior School Open Morning will take place on Saturday, October 6 from 9.30am, and will begin with a special welcoming address from Headmaster Simon Smith.
Those in attendance will then be given individual tours of the school with pupil tour guides, which will give them an opportunity to observe all departments situated at Rydal Penrhos.
Following the tours, there will be a chance to speak with teaching and admissions staff, in addition to current parents and alumni to get a broader perspective of the day-to-day life of a pupil, the curriculum, pastoral care and what it is like to be a part of the school community.
The Prep School Open Morning will take place on Friday, October 5 (9.30am) and will follow a similar format.
Staff and pupils will be taking part in classroom and outdoor activities as they would during a normal school day, which will include sessions in the Forest School and other facilities.
Mr Smith, said: “At Rydal Penrhos we aspire to be a “world class” school where pupils have the opportunity, courage and support to discover their talents and be the best they can be.
“We fulfil this ambition by focussing on four key tenets: Learning effectively, Living joyfully, Listening respectfully and Leading successfully, all in our unique, stunning, location.
“I hope that your visit through our Open Doors programme will enable you to see all of this in action and meet our wonderful pupils who embody these qualities.”
