A gifted Preparatory School performing artist was chosen to perform on a high-profile production recently.
Martha Hind, a Year 6 pupil at Rydal Penrhos, was selected to be a part of the Aladdin pantomime at Venue Cymru, Llandudno over the festive period.
The ten-year-old was put forward for the show by Caroline Bell, who works with the pupil at the Pearl Shaw Performing Arts, situated in Colwyn Bay.
The budding star took on a variety of roles throughout the performance, and received a large bunch of flowers to acknowledge her efforts at the end of the show.
Martha is just one of a number of Prep School pupils that have been taking to the stage in recent weeks, with Cerys Williams performing as part of the Jack and the Beanstalk show at Theatr Colwyn.
Prep School Head Roger McDuff, added: “Congratulations to Martha on all of her success as part of the Aladdin cast at Venue Cymru.
“She is an enormously gifted pupil who excels in a number of areas, and it was no surprise to hear of her doing so well in what was a very popular and well attended series of performances.
“Everyone is proud not only of Martha, but of all our pupils who are reaching new heights in a wide number of areas and interests outside of the classroom, something we actively encourage as part of their development.”
