A former Rydal Penrhos pupil and current parent has donated a fantastic prize for a special one-off auction to assist the most ambitious fundraising campaign in the school’s history.
Marcus Copeland, who is the managing director of Exile Sportswear, has kindly given two premium corporate hospitality tickets for the England versus Australia international rugby match at Twickenham on Saturday, November 24.
The true value of the package is around £2,000 and the school will be holding a very special sealed bid auction that will run until 1pm on Monday, November 5.
The winning bidder will be notified that afternoon, and will be able to take advantage of this incredible offer, which includes the following:
- 12pm: Facility opens (The Rugby Village at Cole Court)
- 12.30pm: Lunch Served
- 1.30pm: Rugby Legend Q&A
- 2.20pm: Bar closes until post match
- Depart for stadium
- 5pm: Facility and bar reopens
- Hot food served
- 7.10pm: Last orders
- 7.30pm: Facility and bar closes
- Dress code: smart casual including jeans and rugby jerseys.
All proceeds raised from the auction will be donated to the Donald Hughes Memorial Campaign for Assisted Places, which aims to raise £1 million over a three-year period in memory of the legendary former Headmaster.
