A supremely talented individual who has secured a host of outstanding accolades, Shruthi will be taking on a variety of roles during the Dramatic Society production of Les Misérables.
The Middle School pupil has been a huge part of the Rydal Penrhos community and has excelled both from an academic perspective and through the large range of co-curricular opportunities on offer.
Her most recent achievement was an outstanding mark from a Grade 5 Piano assessment, which was administered by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
Shruthi boasts plenty of experience on stage and was part of the superb Dramatic Society production of Annie the Musical, and she also lend her considerable vocal talent to the RPS Showstopper event that celebrated all things related to Musical theatre.
The pupil’s contribution during the annual Christmas Concert was also a source of great pride, and she received Higher Exemplar honours from Rydal Penrhos inaugural Creative and Performing Arts dinner last year.
Her academic development has been another standout feature of her time at the school, with Shruthi particularly thriving in areas such as Chemistry, Mathematics and English.
This has brought with it an Effort and Attainment Prize in recent months, and Shruthi also managed to secure a Distinction from her Grade 5 assessment from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
