An intrepid group of staff and pupils at Rydal Penrhos braved the elements to scale the highest mountain in Wales.
As part of the school’s thriving Weekend Activities programme, boarding and day pupils were given the opportunity to embark on a Snowdon summit walk on Sunday, October 1.
Deputy Head Tim Cashell, said: “Our Weekend Activities programme is something that has become a huge success and has become a hugely beneficial experience
“Although the weather may not have been ideal, the group tackled the walk with great enthusiasm and dedication, something which outlines their commitment to getting the very most out of their experience here at Rydal Penrhos.
“The ‘Living’ aspect of our five tenets highlights to outstanding provision we provide outside of the classroom, which was once again there for all to see this weekend and well done to all who participated.”
