Hundreds raised for Copafeel from RP Business Club's Ladies' Night

A large sum was raised in aid of a national breast cancer awareness charity from the latest Rydal Penrhos Business Club event.

The group recently hosted a special Ladies’ Night at the newly refurbished Sixth Form Ferguson Centre on Friday, October 13, which brought the school community together despite the treacherous conditions in the region thanks to Storm Callum.

A number of Business Club members lent their support to the event, Phase 3 Hairdressing & Beauty, James Fearon Wines, Judith Bond Cakes, Tropic Skincare, Nailbase, Hattie & Beau Home Fragrance, Code Cosmetics and Scentsy showcasing their products and giving demonstrations to those in attendance.

There was also a raffle to boost the overall total, with items donated by the Business Club members that attended, which managed to raise £267 for Coppafeel.

Alumni and Development director Sarah Ritchie thanked the Rydal Penrhos Business Club members that attend and supported the event, stating she was “very grateful” for their continued involvement.

The Rydal Penrhos Business Club is a valuable networking forum as well as a unique opportunity to promote products and services to the school community.

Members are able to attend networking events organised by the club, and advertising opportunities are also available through an online directory of members being produced and sent to Rydal Penrhos alumni and parents, as well as being available on the school website and social media channels.

Club membership is free, and all parents, former pupils and friends of the school are welcome to join.

Anyone wishing to join should email Mrs Ritchie at SJRitchie@rydalpenrhos.com.
