A special fundraising event catered to chocoholics will take place at Rydal Penrhos next week.
In the latest of a series of charity drives by the Friends of Rydal Penrhos Committee, a Chocolate Bingo evening will take place on Thursday, April 4 at the Senior School Dining Room from 4.30pm.
The cost of the evening will be £1 for three games, and there will also be a special Easter Hamper bonus game which will cost an additional £1.
There will be a host of Easter eggs to be won throughout the event, and all funds raised go towards supporting projects across the school.
Alumni and Development director Sarah Ritchie, said: “This is an event that has proved most popular in the past, and we hope that people come along and support what will hopefully be another brilliant Chocolate Bingo.
“FORPS do an amazing job of raising funds for the plethora of things that we have going on at the school regularly, and everyone at Rydal Penrhos greatly appreciates their efforts.
“This is a fantastic event for the whole family to enjoy, so why not come along and join the fun, while raising funds for FORPS supported projects at the school.
“The latest project to be supported by FORPS was a new set of radio mics for the Prep School, which were used for the first time in the recent Year 4 play.”
FORPS are also seeking Easter egg donations, wihich will be split between a raffle on the night and to the charity Action for Children.
Anyone wishing to lend their support can drop donations off at either the Prep or Senior School receptions at any time until Wednesday, April 3.
