A young Preparatory School pupil has been acknowledged for his impressive work with a regional Performing Arts Academy.
Elliot Spall, a Year 2 pupil at Rydal Penrhos, recently joined the Pauline Quirke Performing Arts Academy in Llandudno, and has already been putting his talent to good use during his initial stages as part of the programme.
The seven-year-old was awarded the Performer of the Week thanks to his standout commitment at the Academy, and he received his certificate from Prep School Head Alison Hind and Assistant Head Catherine Hughes at Rydal Penrhos’ weekly Celebration Assembly on Friday, May 24.
He impressed coaches significantly with his creativity and determination throughout his recent sessions, which earned him the deserved recognition.
This is the latest notable milestone from the enthusiastic pupil, who has made a huge impression since joining the Prep School in April last year.
Mrs Hind, said: “Elliot is very passionate and loves performing on stage, which is being enhanced during co-curricular sessions at Rydal Penrhos and with his involvement at the Pauline Quirke Performing Arts Academy.
“These experiences have heightened to desire to improve his skills from a dramatic perspective, and this is a great way to improve composure and indeed confidence in an unfamiliar and diverse setting.”
