Details have been released for one of the most prominent dates on the calendar at Rydal Penrhos.
The Friends of Rydal Penrhos committee are seeking donations for this year’s Summer Fair, which will take place on Friday, June 28 on the Memorial Quad, with the committed parent-led group once again asking for help from the school community to make the fair a success.
In addition to pupils running their own stalls, there is also the chance for small businesses to also have a stall at the fair, at the cost of £10.
Any charity groups that wish to run a stall can do so free of charge.
Sarah James, FORPS Chair and Rydal Penrhos’ Liaison Officer, said: “The Summer Fair would be nothing without the generosity of all those who donate items to be used as prizes.
“FORPS are incredibly grateful for the support that you give – it really does help things to run smoothly.”
Donations are required for the Tombola stand at the Fair, with a wealth of other exciting things planned throughout what is sure to be another memorable occasion for those in attendance.
Last year raised a staggering £1,633.93, which were split between the Young Minds charity and worthy projects around the various departments throughout Rydal Penrhos.
Anyone wishing to donate can leave items at the Senior School Reception, and for more information on the Summer Fair and how you can help out, email Miss James at SJames@rydalpenrhos.com.
