A wide range of fantastic work produced by Art pupils at Rydal Penrhos will be on display at a special event next month.
The school will host its annual A-level and GCSE Art Exhibition on Thursday, June 24, which will take place within the department from 4.30-7pm.
Head of Art Mark Sherrington and teacher Suzy Morris have been working immensely hard with the group to produce a stunning showcase of work from what has been another phenomenal year for the department.
The outstanding work from Upper Sixth Form pupils have been a hugely prominent feature throughout the academic year, with a number of eye-catching pieces from the GCSE exam candidates also set to take pride of place throughout the department.
In an added bonus for those in attendance, there will also be an opportunity to view some of the work from last year’s A-level group, who produced exceptional results as a result of their outstanding commitment to their respective studies.
All parents and family members are welcome to attend the event, with Mr Sherrington, Mrs Morris and the pupils involved on hand to answer any questions regarding their superb work.
Senior School Head Sally Ann Harding, said: “Our Art department is one of the most vibrant areas at Rydal Penrhos, and the exhibition is always something that truly highlights the way Mr Sherrington and Mrs Morris are inspiring creativity on a daily basis.”
